X Factor meet and greet tickets?

I rang the Brighton Centre asking if they'd know about meet and greet tickets but they were pretty useless and said something about contacting the promoter? I can't really find the number for the X Factor promoter. Anyone know how to or whether you can actually get them?

ive heard of vip tickets! whether they include meet and greet im not sure, i doubt it though?

Most of the time M&Gs are usually only got through competitions or if you know someone who works at arena/ tour promoter.

Id try contact SJF concerts or DF Concerts depending on what venue :-)
