It's a pity the report didn't tell the real story i.e. HMV lying and breaking their advertisement promise. The manager talks about the dangers of crushes - well there were minor crushes there this morning in the queue anyway! The very least they could have done was get in touch with the relevant media authorities and told people not to go to the centre - I was listening to the radio from 4.30am for that very purpose, but there was nothing!

It sounds like it was CRAZY out in Dundrum this morning Rick O' Shea (2fm DJ) tweeted that people were even trying to get into the 2fm studio's in Dundrum to see if the boys were in there!! rickoshea No, kids... JEDWARD ARE NOT HIDING IN MY STUDIO!!!!! Brought one of them in just to prove it... about 5 hours ago from web So gutted for those of you that were queuing early and didn't get the wristband It's ridiculous that they gave out the wristbands earlier than the advertised time - I'd be majorly pissed off too

HMV never give wristbands out on the time they say they will!! Home town gigs are always mad too, I remember reading about when JLS came to my area (the little one is from here) and people were being taken to hospital on stretchers! It does show how popular they are though, but I'd be mega pissed if I missed out.

It does seem rather odd to me, that fans, from their home country, seem to be having less time to see them. The tour dates advertised so far are only 8, and then this fiasco happens. Why couldn't they have longer at the store? The Newcastle gig was cancelled yesterday, so they were in no rush to go back today. Seems unfair to me. I feel so sorry for you guys.

hi guys dont feel so bad atleast they will have a tour and you can meet them - more than just the signing you can intearct with them. TBh, assuming that HMV distributed at 9am and you were the 401st, you will not be able to get the wristband still. since the people had been queing just even the day/night b4 today - they do deserved it because they were the early bird.

I think it's coz breaking the UK market is the major thing the guys need to do! Get themselves out there before settling back here to do more promo etc.. The Irish market is nothing compared to the UK's because of the population size It's a bit unfair that they're from here & they're never really here but it's part of the business i suppose.. They did say a 32 county tour tho, awh well, later dates might be added

I went back up in the afternoon didn't get near them but there was a great buzz but it would have been deadly if I had got in! A bit of a shame! but today I think I found out how big they really are! They are turning the public here which is great to see!!!!

From what i saw on the news it was more little kids with their parents that got the wristbands & a few who were there were saying it aswell. Even on St Stephens Day most of the que were small kids.. With the UK it's more people of all ages who love them I gather.. Wonder what they think of it like..

It's still misleading and falsified advertising The thing is, if they gave them at at 7:45, the same 400 people would have still got the writsbands. They do it early to try and clear people out of the way. www.youtube.com/watch?v=kfyxNVCWZscVideo from News including the boys. The little girl at the end looks petrified when John takes her book off of her ;D

Craaaaaaazy! That girl who said "THIRTEEN HOURS " made me laugh though - obviously sick of the people she's with! So happy for the boys having such support in their hometown though. :]
