Yeah John didnt say alot about it. Keeping quiet. Bex was like seriously what happened and he was like management cancelled it. And then Darren came over and was like John you would have been knackered if ud have done that gig last night in Coventry after doing the shoot all day yesterday. Yeah it was a long day for them, but i know it finished about 8.30pm ish. Siggggghhhh. The boys def do not understand. I told him sooo many people took time off work, spent money on hotels and trains and never even used them etc.. and he just didnt know what to say. Maybe cos we were interigating him without Edward there, he might have felt a bit uncomfortable. I dunnooo... x This is another thing. John and Edward are the ones who are going to get asked in the street as to why Cov was cancelled and it's unfair on them.

Why would they say nothing? Surely it would be better and have a more pacifying effect if they said "Really sorry guys, but we'll make it up to you all, we'll play Coventry really soon'. That's all it would take. They won't want to make that kind of committment though - probably not a high priority scheduling in more club gigs now. I would have liked a real explanation at the time, rather than 'unforseen circumstances' and hearsay; and a management apology; and less of the insensitive 'we're really excited' tweeting - or at least if they were going to tweet like that send out a 'sorry about Coventry' tweet first.

I reckon their tweets are being monitored/censored now. I really think after John did his 'let's take photos of my twin sleeping so 27,000 people can check him out' trick, management put the brakes on what they can and can't say on twitter. But a 'sorry guys' tweet would have been appreciated by all the fans that made an effort to be there. I maintain they are clueless about what's going on.

Twitter is a form of expression - a way to talk to your fans and let them know what's going on. Management really are stupid if they're going to get in the way of that. You're supposed to keep fans, not let them down so they abandon you. Louis needs to get his ass back home from holiday and get it all together.

Their management told the club they will deinfately be rescheduling. The woman from the club told me last night on the phone...so fingers crossed! Dunno when it will be...manybe after one of the birmingham x factor shows? If they havent got time between now and the middle of feb.

These management guys are just a lot more controlling than the last lot-Its probably just the way they are Its rubbish! Ooh and they are deffo not clueless about it-The people who saw them this morning told them about it all! I think its a combination of clueless and powerless They really want to please their fans but they are getting some big obstacles put in their way. I agree that John's solo tweet fest probably caused a stink - I wonder how long they'll carry on toeing the line before they rebel? That was one of twitter's greatest nights and one of John's greatest moments!! I can understand that they may feel they've nothing to apologise for if they weren't responsible for the decision to drop Coventry, but it would be great if they felt powerful enough to instruct management to issue an apology.

Put it like this, I don't think we'll ever see photos of them asleep in their hotel room ever again, we should be so lucky...

It was a superb night on Twitter

I don't understand why their management would kick up such a big fuss...it was a harmless pic and Edward looked adorable!. I think they gained 5000 extra followers on that pic alone ;D

But guys, if management were really pissed off that he'd done those pics, surely they would have been instructed to delete them? They are still there.

I still reckon it's been toned down since then though. Lonely John.... awww poor little glitter bunny. I agree with you, thousands of fans tweeting him didn't make up for the Edward shaped hole in his heart that night

But guys, if management were really pissed off that he'd done those pics, surely they would have been instructed to delete them? They are still there. I don't think it was the actual pics, which were innocent in a typical open John way (i.e. yes he and Edward are bedtime, its unclear if they are sharing, but its still very sweet and natural and innocent). I think there would have been an issue with the doing the pics. John's action/communication was about real John and real Edward, not brand Jedward. Their twitter is promoting the brand and the brand is fizzy pop not 18 year old boys alone-ish after curfew in an hotel in a foreign country. That's why I think management have been more obviously controlling their twitter the last week in the run up to the single release. A big mistake imo.
