Feel so proud, when the tweets were coming through about how they were rocking the 1st show and they were doing an amazing job, i felt quite emotional. Very strange! Then we could see for ourselves from the excellent videos how fab they are, cannot wait for Blackpool and the UK tour. Proud and emotional, that's exactly how I felt too. And also thought it very strange I felt that way! Was good to hear other people having the same emotions. I guess it's because we've seen them from so early in their careers, and seen the awful time they had, that we all feel so proud of them now. Let's hope this is just the start of an amazing career.

SO proud. it's weird because i've gone from standing around with about 10 other people at the xf studios, to seeing them in grotty little nightclubs to watching them play the o2 at the nta's to seeing the videos of them doing their own tour and it made me so proud seeing those videos M3 /soppy

Feel proud too! After seeing the videos from the Irish Tour so far they've improved so much and just to see how much support they have now compared to when they first started X Factor is also amazing. Also like someone else said, I can't wait for Blackpool or the UK tour either, if they've improved this much already, how much better will they be by then?!

I'm so proud of them! From that 1st audition to what they're doing now, no other contestant could ever pull off what they've done

Extremely proud. What they wanted at their audition has now come true - girls everywhere screaming John, Edward, whatever!

So proud of how far they've come, you only need to watch the "pop" video to see how talented they are and how much potential is there.

Ahh I haven't posted on here in quite a while - but every day basically I lurk (and I must say - you guys do crack me up!) But I just need to say how proud I am of them! I have been an absolutely avid follower from almost the start. Seeing the videos of them on tour gives me warm fuzzies inside - seeing how far they have come from the early videos of them in talent shows, their whole journey through to now - did anyone expect that they would come this far? I'm sure I didn't expect it - but here they are. They have worked so hard for everything and they fully deserve it... total cheesefest here but I LOVE them and hope they continue to live their dream

Dead Proud. They've shown the haters that they have what it takes to be a success. They have the charisma and the showmanship for the music business and they're so cool to their fans.
I love being able to tell people that they got #1 in Ireland and that they have a SELL OUT tour over there. It shuts them up.

The transformation from when I first saw them live last December, ( post XF) to the incredibly polished performance at Stevenage, just six weeks later amazed me, but now, seeing them performing on their own tour, (vid) singing with such maturity makes me burst with pride and happiness, they have come on so far in such a short space of time, all due to their incredible work ethic.
But it's not just their performance, it's the way they always conduct themselves, how they make time for fans, no matter how tired they maybe, they never let it show, they are always so upbeat and friendly, always polite, always smiling and their enthusiasm for everything rubs off on you. It's strange, but you come away from seeing them filled with such positive energy too.
If we feel like this, proud of what they have achieved, imagine how their parents and family must be feeling.

Only just seen this thread but YES!! PROUD!!
I was lucky enough to be at Castlebar and that was exactly the emotion at the end of the show - a kind of buzzing pride, it was the word we were all using. They were nervous at the start of the show - I more or less bumped into them as they were going into the back of the audience for the first ever Rocky style entrance and could see the tension and concentration in their faces. By the end of the 3rd song they were visibly tired and covered in sweat. Then the adrenaline kicked in and from I Want Candy on they relaxed and totally nailed it ... they knew they were winning ... 'All the small things' made me gasp ... Afterwards we came out of the theatre and 'I feel so proud' was on everyone's lips.
For myself, watching them evolve the set and grow in confidence through the next few days up to Friday night's Helix show (blasted it) was a masterclass in creative and technical exploration combined with extremely hard work. I never expected anything less.
I never doubted they could do this and have been longing for them to breakout of the xfactor box for some time now. The xfactor brand sets itself up to be bigger than the talent it discovers - the fit with John and Edward was always going to be uneasy since their raw creative performing talent and charisma dominated the show. Thank goodness they are out of that format now.
Here's something else to be proud of - the speed with which they are developing leadership on the road. On stage they give a well deserved shoutout to Ghetto Fabulous - who are also young and talented and working hard and learning fast. And the work ethic is passing between the two groups, so we can see some of the street dance moves being picked up (esp by John) and I've seen how Ghetto Fabulous work hard to tighten their set every night.
I'm proud of John and Edward, I'm proud of the Jedward, and I'm proud to be a fan ;D

Then we could see for ourselves from the excellent videos how fab they are, cannot wait for Blackpool and the UK tour. Same here - I was so pleased when Hulluna tweeted something along the lines of "I'm dancing on my chair - can't believe we were nervous for them!". I think it helps that on their Irish tour the twins are performing for the first time in front of audiences who are there to see them, and them only. They're in their element on stage and I'm so pleased for them. = Edit: And remember how much haters used to say during the X-Factor finals things like "oh it's all very well with all these backing dancers and hoop-la going on around them, but just wait until they're alone on a bare stage and you'll see they can't hack it" ... hahahahahahahhahahahahahha!

So proud and emotional watching them on tour. I was nervous for them too, what was I thinking It was the same before the NTAs my stomach was in knots with nerves then they come out and nail the performance. And agree as well that they so don't need all the backing dancers and effects they had on the X Factor, so much better without any distractions, we can just focus on the beautiful boys.

Proud is the only way to describe what I'm feeling for these two boys. Although I have no right to, I don't really know them. I've gone from sitting on twitter to see if they survived their nightclub gigs to reading reviews in the Irish national press. I was one of those people who don't really vote on x factor because I don't like to give Simon Cowell my money. The twins were the highlight of a dreary show, but I was wondering what it would be like just the two of them on stage. Turns out they delivered the best sing off performance since Ruth Lorenzo - they were magical a 1000% better. All the X factor hoopla wasn’t carrying them at all it in fact crimping their style. From then on if giving Simon Cowell my money was the only way to ensure the twins had a shot at a career then multivoting was the only way to go. I think we were all a bit nervous for them that first night, knowing they'd had such little time to prepare but when Hulluna's tweet came in "They are blitzing it, why were we nervous for them" I just couldn't sleep until I'd seen a clip. Edward going for it in Oops I did it again. Then saw the clips of All The Small Things and was just so proud of them. Thanks so much for the info on how the boys were on that first night. Even they must have been a little bit nervous, it's a big jump from 5 songs a night to 17-18. Has any other x factor contestant ever gone on to headline their own 27 date tour the day after the x factor one finished? It is astounding how quickly they are learning their craft, yet sticking to their own vision as to what their act is. To see how much they've developed in such a short space of time, so so proud of them. They've worked so hard. They were born to do this. And as a John & Edward fan, I'm excited to see where they will go in the furture. I just hope Louis really understands what a bundle of creative energy he has on his books.

omg so proud of them both, honestly can't get over how far they have come in such a short time. When I saw them the other night on the irish tour I nearly shed a tear, they have achieved so much in this past year, I can't wait to see the future they have
